Prefabricated modular construction built using British steel.
In November 2014 Quickway Buildings were commissioned to supply a Quickway eco-friendly building modified in line with the architect’s requirements for a temporary flight connection centre at Heathrow Airport. This modified structure covered an area of 31 metres span by 64.36 metres long and comprised a double row of 15.00 metres span modules supported centrally by a hot-rolled frame. The building was installed on a 5.00 metres high concrete platform and was required whilst airport renovations were carried out to terminal three.
